It must’ve been something I ate

I wouldn’t presume to tell you that your family shouldn’t eat salt-laden, fat-filled takeaway or microwaved dinners while sitting glassy eyed and silent in front of the TV every night. What I do say is that you should give thought to the fact that more people get together at mealtime than at any other time and if you’re not sitting around a table eating dinner with your family then you’re wasting the most valuable family time you’ll ever get. And let’s face it, where better to teach table manners or God-forbid, how to hold a spoon? Continue reading
